Aaron “Ghost” Munoz is a people-first leader with 10+ years of organizational leadership experience. He has built high-trust teams, coached emerging leaders, and continuously mentors with honesty, openness, and transparency. He has led groups and frontline teams of young adults while pushing them to grow and achieve their fullest potential. With youth and adult mental-health certifications, he focuses on creating communities where people feel seen, supported, and constructively challenged to become their best. Off the clock, he’s a proud girl dad to two beautiful daughters, married to his best friend, and happiest at a music festival or tracking down great pizza in new cities across the country and abroad.
