FAQs for Summer 2021 Enrollment
First of all, THANK YOU! We are so grateful to you and all of our supportive families; we were wonderfully overwhelmed by the number of parents wishing to roll over their tuition to 2021. All rollover families were sent an enrollment form for Priority Registration to secure their space for 2021. While the credits are applied to your child’s account, we do need all families to submit a form or camper application in order to finalize your preferred session request.
As of September 19th, our Pre-Registration, Pay In Full discount special is available to both new and returning families. With this option, families will reserve their space in the session of their choice by paying the tuition in full, receiving the largest discount of the season, up to $400 per session! This is also the only savings opportunity for Session 3, as it is the quickest session to sell out. Submit a camper application here to reserve your camper’s space.
It is certainly true that this was one of the most financially challenging years in River Way’s history. Insurance did not cover the losses incurred as result of stopping our camp operations due to Covid-19. Despite this, River Way is proud to say that we have issued full refunds to any family who has requested one.
We are offering full refunds through April 15, 2021. With this generous cancellation policy, this makes planning ahead and reserving your child’s space for camp easy and stress-free! For our full cancellation policy, please read our terms and conditions for enrollment here.
Absolutely! While the Pre-Registration discount is reserved for the Pay In Full option, we are processing deposit only applications as well. With a $500, per session, per camper deposit, you may reserve a space in the session of your choosing. In order to utilize this option, please call (800-821-2801) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) our office before submitting your camper application online.
We realize it can be challenging to plan schedules so far ahead. However, sessions are filling much faster than in previous years due to more than half of our families opting to roll over to next summer. We are also reducing our capacity by 25%, so we anticipate space will be very limited. We encourage families to reserve the session they feel will work best, and we provide the flexibility to switch at any time, space permitting, while keeping any discounts previously secured. Please check in with our office from time to time to check availability if you believe you may need to switch sessions.
Our specialty camps have incredibly limited spaces available and reach a wait-list very early. Some are already approaching wait-list as of 9/18/20. specialty camps are $200-$300 (depending on which program) over the normal advertised session rate and are offered during two-week sessions only. We have increased our sanitization and adjusted operational protocols at our facility to exceed County health standards with great success over the past few months for our Resort business. We plan on continuing many of these measures through camp, as well as adhering to American Camp Association guidelines. As the situation is constantly evolving, we will be sharing more details with our enrolled families in the months leading up to camp regarding specifics.
