Please note, in the best interest of our camp community, our Meet & Greets scheduled for March 21-22 have been postponed. Please continue to check our website for new dates in May, pending when we get the news it is safe to gather.
It is our greatest hope, during this time, that you and your loved ones are healthy and well. We have been closely monitoring reports from the WHO, the CDC, the American Camp Association and the Western Association of Independent Camps regarding COVID-19. The health and well being of our campers and staff will always be of paramount importance to us.
For all you parents finding yourself in a home-schooling role, here is what we can do to help. In creating our “Camp From Home” series on Instagram and social media outlets, we’ve loved hearing from our families and campers. Our camp community is resilient, brave, and kind. Please tune in for lessons on crafts, activities, DIY projects, learning camp songs, goodnight songs and other ways to help home feel a little more “campy.” We stand with our camp parents/guardians to provide you with resources as you home-school your children and support your families.
Camp is still a few months away and we do not want to add to your worries. As we continue to monitor the situation, we are extending the cancellation deadline to at least June 1st. We will let you know if it becomes necessary to extend it even further. This allows families to maintain their reservations so that their child does not lose their space. As we know from past experience, camp enrollment soars at times when families change other travel plans.
