2011 Spirit Award Winner - Presented by Camp Counselors USA (CCUSA)

This award recognizes River Way's excellence in hosting men and women from around the world and providing them with the opportunity to impact American youth while learning about new cultures and lifestyles. This Award is a representation of River Way's outstanding efforts as a host to International participants as well as their achievement in providing a culturally sensitive atmosphere for all members of their camp community. 

River Way was chosen out of hundreds of camps Nationwide and was awarded based on positive feedback from their international staff as well as observations made by CCUSA staff upon visiting and working with their camp. CCUSA recognize's the cultural awareness promoted by the River Way camp administration and we thank you for partnering with us in the effort to bring the world a bit closer through cultural exchange.

Mom's Best Award Winner

Mom's Best Award is proud to recognize River Way Ranch Camp as one of 16 winners for 2011 out of hundreds of research like products. This award was created to give moms and expecting moms the knowledge that real moms have evaluated it and it has passed the strict Mom's Best Award evaluation. This evaluation covers everything from customer service and care.  

Parents can now have the piece of mind your product is of the highest quality and caliber when compared to your competition. And like our saying goes, if you can't trust a mom, who can you trust? - Congratulations!

Ariel and Spike Place in Malibu Triathlon 

Competing in their first ever triathlon Ariel placed 3rd in her age division while Spike placed 4th. Spike was an amazing 13th overall in his run time with more than 4000 athletes, while Ariel had the 51st fastest swim time of all individual athletes. The day was filled with more than 40 supporters cheering on our 9 competing athletes. Way to Go Ariel and Spike.
